 Despite those 80s dreadful shoulder pads, expect to see the flashiest styles in the Valentin Yudashkin Ready-to-Wear Spring 2014 collection on the red carpet. Eye-catching, bold and racy, these are styles that will definitely steal the spotlight. From gold embellishments to graphic patterns and feathers, here are the some of the highlights in the Yudashkin RTW spring 2014 collection.

Animal print, gold accents and white, these are definitely going to stand out throughout the year.

Although this is the Spring collection, some of the colors used remind of the fall season. Here's a silk green top, feather mini and a statement gold belt to make the transition.

Valentin Yudashkin might not be a name as popular as Ulyana Sergeenko, but it is one of the finest Russia features, not to mention it's a renowned name when it comes to flashy fashion that still manages to look and feel refined. Well at least most of them. So how extravagant is the Yudashkin RTW Spring 2014 collection? It's all about extravagant long dresses, metallic fabrics and lots of sparkle.

Styles were nonetheless flashy, even when it comes to the white ones which were eye-catching without much effort. Then there's the invasion of intense blue and yellow styles, sensual cuts, see-through details and cutouts that contrast so perfectly with the elegance and simplicity of the makeup and hairstyle chosen for the collection. Oh, but I should forget to mention the shoulder pads. The flashiest thing in the 80s fashion which seems to have been a major inspiration in the Valentin Yudashkin RTW spring 2014 collection. Well, right after the gold accents.

For a lot of people, Yudashkin styles are just too much and the 80s touch in this 2014 Spring collection is definitely the drop that spilled the cup. I however appreciated the sensual design of the silk based styles and since I love beaded embroidery, gold accents and sequin dresses the Yudashkin RTW Spring 2014 still is a trendsetter in evening wear.

Spring 2014 Fashion: Valentin Yudashkin Ready-to-Wear Spring 2014

I know, Valentin Yudashkin is a name usually associated with eccentricity, but I kept most of the super flashy styles for another post so you will be able to focus on the rest of the collection. For a spring collection, Yudashkin S RTW 2014 features quite the festive set of colors which are mostly seen during the cold season but eccentricity doesn't really care which time of the year it is. Besides gold, intense blue and a palette of metallic 80s, yellow and white styles ran the catwalk. I like the refreshing effect of the sensual silk white dresses, a sort of balancing act of provocative lines and

sharpness of geometric elements. And on the other hand you've got dresses with sequins, feathers, bold embellishments and graphic patterns.

All across collections, the short wedding dress got tons of reinterpretations and here's one of my favorites, Private Love by Bien Savvy, the Love Story collection. It's a mini white sequin wedding dress with long sleeves and a gorgeous back cleavage. There's just a little bit of lace there to bring down a notch the glamorous sequined fabric.
