You don't need to review fashion collection one after the other to understand that Ulyana Sergeenko's styles are all about the drama. They are feminine, bold and surprising.

For her Spring 2013 Couture collection, Ulyana Sergeenko chose American literature and it's obvious her reinterpretation of the American woman makes a statement in favor of the woman's unapologetic power over men. Corseted velvet onesies, taffeta capes, ball skirts, sheer tops, eye-catching cleavages and pointy bras had some critics label her as a rookie in the industry (after all this is only her 2nd couture collection). But the woman in Ulyana Sergeenko's vision is a vision of raw beauty, elegance and drama, the kind of woman that steals the spotlight without making too much of an effort.
