I had mixed feelings about this collection. I love Ulyana Sergeenko styles, and even if I had my reservations for the fall 2013 couture collection, there still were a few styles I'd totally wear. Although for many these styles are costumes, I totally love the drama and signature style of Ulyana Sergeenko.
The Fall 2013 couture collection is only her third couture show and it's obvious she's driven by a powerful creativity flow. From the beautiful collection inspired by Russian fairy tales, the fall 2013 collection was a lot more conservative, as Sergeenko took her inspiration from orthodox priests' clothes. She went from wasp-waists to bell shapes, high collars with delicate ruffles and a lot of black.
