Although some people are calling her the “new Lindsay”, Amanda Bynes is starting to look more and more as the new “Britney Spears”. It’s not the fame or the looks, but the fact that the more we look into it the more it seems like Amanda Bynes is losing it.
Taking a look at Amanda Bynes’ unusual behavior and police issues it’s hard not to notice this is a sort of cry for help. A person that would be fine would have avoided making the same mistake twice, but from the looks of it Amanda Bynes is simply refusing to accept that she needs help.
While she’s crying out loud she doesn’t need conservatorship or help, the past six months are proof enough Amanda Bynes is close to a sort of Britney Spears meltdown. Neighbors, acquaintances and even family members are concerned Amanda Bynes’ hectic behavior might soon be spinning out of control. And time doesn’t seem to be the answer here.
More and more accounts of Amanda Bynes losing it have been pilling over the past few weeks. Just last week, TMZ published a photo of Amanda Bynes smoking from a drug pipe. On Sunday, The 26-year-old actress was left without a car after the Burbank Airport Police caught her driving although her license was suspended.
A new report from TMZ hints that Amanda Bynes’ meltdown has already started. Whether it’s a drug abuse situation or simply a mental breakdown, Amanda Bynes spent almost 2 hours locked in a dressing room at boutique Kin in Los Angeles. Shopping attendants say that after she got out of the dressing room, Amanda Bynes looked disoriented and attempted to leave the boutique while wearing a bathing suit underneath her clothing.
“I was so worried about her. I didn’t know what she was doing in. I didn’t know is she was overdosing or doing drugs or what” one of the shopping attendants confessed.
That’s obviously something that reminds us of Lindsay Lohan’s former age of glory, when she was making the headlines for being arrested and/or accused of shoplifting. It’s obvious Amanda Bynes is having trouble understanding what’s going on. Earlier this year, when news about her hit-and-runs went viral, the former Disney star wrote on Twitter:
“I can’t help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me…I was not in any hit and runs. I don’t drink so the DUI is false.”
